WIN ME A SEAT

GENERAL WIN ME A SEAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)      Entering any prize draw or competition will deem entrants to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2)      Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Win Me A Seat Ltd. or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular prize draw, is ineligible to participate.

3)      Prize draws and competitions are only open to residents of the UK over 18 years of age. Refunds will not be issued should an entrant incur a cost in participating if they are outside of this boundary.

4)      You can enter all our seat draws and competitions via email to seat(at)winmeaseat(dot)com.   Entrants must specify within the body of the email their full name, mobile number or land line, date of birth, the draw or competition they wish to enter and the answer if applicable.  Entries with missing details will not be submitted to the pool of entrants. If you would like to be entered for a specific seat draw, please include details of this within the email entry.  Email entries are limited to 4 per user per day. If no prize draw is specified, you will be entered in the most current draw. 

5)      All participants must be a minimum age of 18 and, if entering via SMS, have the permission of the bill payer.

6)      We will issue no refunds or recourse for misdialled numbers or mistyped keywords.

7)      There is no purchase necessary.  Nor for winner(s) to receive any prize is any purchase necessary.

8)      All entries must be received by us by the closing date of the competition or draw.  Upon closure of the competition or draw, all entries will be pooled before a winner is drawn.

9)      All decisions made by us are final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.

10)   The winner(s) name(s) will be selected in a random draw from all valid and correct entries received.  Winners will be notified within seven days. Names of winners are available from us upon request, and are also displayed on the website.

11)   Entrants remain liable for their standard costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks.

12)   If the winner(s) of the prize cannot be contacted by us for 7 days from the closing date after reasonable effort, we reserve the right to reissue the prize to another winner, which will be drawn from the same pool of entrants as above.  All prizes will be issued to a winner, we will continue to draw winners as per the above procedures until a winner has been successfully contacted.

13)   If for any reason an advertised seat is unavailable or unsuitable, we reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar seat of equivalent or greater value or offer a cash alternative. No prizes may be exchanged or transferred.  Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.

14)   Prizes Involving Travel:  All travel, holiday, and health insurances shall be the responsibility of the winner(s) and not us. We will not be held responsible for loss, thefts, personal injury or acts of God occurring during any trip.

15)   All winner(s) agree to their first initial, family name and town of residence to be published and used for marketing purposes by us and our associated brands.

16)   Where seats are to be provided by a third party, the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with such provider. We will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons.

17)   All entrants and winner(s) personal information remains the property of us and will not be sold or passed on.  We reserve the right to market to entrants and winners, its products and/or any third party products it thinks are relevant.   We will only submit personal details to governmental bodies, police forces, regulators or networks should information be required to assist in any investigations concerning breach of regulations or illegal activity.  We will only submit information in response to written requests from any of the above parties.

18)   We cannot be held liable for system failures on websites, mobile networks, or email systems. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third party involved in competitions or draws.  We will always endeavour to minimize the impact to the participant in the event of such failures.

19)   We will not accept proof of sent SMS or email as proof of entry.

21)   We reserve the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition or draw which we consider has not fallen within the terms and conditions or has used illegitimate or illegal means to enter.

22)   No responsibility will be accepted by us for any entries which do not fall within the terms and conditions stated.

SMS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)   To join the service you must be 18 years old or over and resident in the UK. Members of the service will be entered into every competition during the period of subscription (not including the WSOP competition).

2)   We will contact winners via telephone in reasonable time following closing dates of competitions. Only one entry per mobile number will be registered for each competition, members can enter via the website at additional costs for more than one entry.

4)   You agree that should you win a prize, Win Me A Seat has the right to display your name and county in the winners list, for example “John Smith, Surrey”. The promoter has the right to modify the format and change the name of the service.

5)   Win Me A Seat is a subscription service but will only cost £1.50 to join, and only £3 per month via reverse billed SMS to your mobile phone. You can stop this service at anytime. To unsubscribe simply send the word STOP to the Shortcode (five digit number) from which you received the message.

6)   The Service is run by Win Me A Seat Ltd. whose address for correspondence is; PO Box 65844, London, EC2P 2FU, UK. By joining this service, you agree to receive future updates and offers from the promoter or its affiliates. The marketing messages may be via SMS or email. To opt-out of these marketing messages, send the word STOP to the Shortcode (five digit number) from which you received the messages.
